For workplaces

Workplace wellness workshops for teams that spend their day at a desk.

We all know movement is good for us. We know that sitting still for hours on end isn't. What most of us don't realise is the impact of holding ourselves in certain positions all day - or the connection between how we hold our bodies and how we feel in our minds.

Desk work doesn't have to mean pain, tension or the 3pm slump. I work with teams to help them understand their bodies better, learn simple and effective movements that actually make a difference, and build strategies for moving more throughout the working day.

My work blends body awareness, movement and behavioural science - so your team doesn't just feel better at their desks, they think more clearly, work more effectively, and enjoy being at work more too.

woman teaching a movement class in the UK

Hi, I'm Kerrie-Anne Bradley.

Author, former economist, Pilates teacher, and the person who pioneered desk-based movement before it had a name.

I spent years sitting at a desk myself, which is probably why I understand so well what it does to a body. I wrote Move More At Your Desk (Watkins Publishing), created the Move At Your Desk Method™, and have spent the last decade delivering it inside some of the UK's most recognisable organisations — and to individuals who want to understand their bodies and move better every day.

I spot things others miss. I explain things in a way that is clear and makes sense. I've helped thousands of people — from Google to the NHS — feel better at work, in their bodies, and in their lives.
